| Description | When I set the audio output mode as "External Device", there is no audio when I play the VOD with FF x0.8. Could you please check this issue? The reproduce steps are as follows. 1. Set the audio output format as "External Device" 2. Purchase the VOD which is supported the Dolby audio. I tested with "Bumblebee(범블비)" 3. Play the VOD and you can hear the audio with x1 speed. 4. Press the FF(blue) button, you can't hear the audio with x0.8 speed. | ||||

Hi Sangmin, I've discussed this issue with River, We think it's player issue, not related audio routing. I also tested it with Disney+/PlayMovie (The content format is dolby audio. Unfortunately, their player doesn't support FF x0.8) I think SPTEK should check it with Synaptics first. Could you let us know how to purchase the content, because the UI is Korean, I don't know how to purchase and select the Bumblebee(범블비). We'll try to reproduce it. Thanks, Jason |
